Terms of Service

ShipKit is an AI-assisted sales/landing page builder: you pick a template or describe your business, the AI drafts an editable page, and you can publish it on a ShipKit URL or your own domain. AI-generated content is a suggestion; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

Sign-up is with an email address and password; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial; no card is required for the trial.

Paid plans and premium templates are being introduced; current pricing will be available on the website. When enabled, payments are handled by Stripe and invoices are issued with the billing details you provide. Until paid plans go live, published pricing is informational only.

Pages you create are your content and your responsibility — including their lawfulness, any claims they make, and any tracking you enable on them. You must have the rights to all material you upload (images, logos, copy).

You may not use ShipKit to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive (including fake scarcity or fraudulent offers), infringing, or harmful, and you may not use the service to send spam. We may unpublish content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You may connect domains you own or control to your published pages. You are responsible for your domain registration and DNS; TLS certificates for verified custom domains are issued automatically.

You keep the rights to your content, including AI-generated copy created for you. The platform, its code, templates and the ShipKit brand belong to the operator.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or business results of AI-generated content.

These terms may change; we will notify you of material changes. The service is provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (United Kingdom); the laws of the United Kingdom govern this agreement. Consumers in the EU retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence.
